Hubtal (https://hubkl.com) is a scheduling platform operated by Hubtal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Hubtal accesses your Google Calendar data solely to provide scheduling functionality: reading your busy times to prevent double bookings, creating calendar events for bookings, and generating Google Meet links for meetings. We only access the data needed for these features. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
Hubtal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google Calendar data is accessed only when needed for the scheduling features described above; access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Installed Apps page, which revokes our access and deletes our stored tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete event types and bookings from the app. To delete your account and associated data, or to exercise any data-related request, contact us at [email protected]. Disconnecting the Google Calendar integration deletes our stored access tokens.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Credentials for connected apps are stored encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions: [email protected].
